Incoterms delivery obstacle
Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms/
A delivery obstacle under Incoterms is an event that prevents or delays the seller’s (or buyer’s, depending on the Incoterms rule) obligation to deliver goods under the chosen Incoterms. Such obstacles can affect timing, risk transfer, and cost allocation, and may include regulatory delays, customs holds, port or transport interruptions, or other unforeseen events outside the original agreement.
