Non-Containerized Cargo Handling Systems are the equipment, processes and infrastructure used for the loading, unloading, storage, and transfer of cargo that is not unitized in standardized containers, such as break-bulk cargo, project cargo, and oversized or heavy items. They include cranes, forklifts, conveyors, grabs, and specialized handling gear adapted to irregular cargo shapes and sizes.
