Partial acceptance under Incoterms refers to the buyer accepting only a portion of the delivered goods (or a portion of the shipment) while the remaining goods are not yet accepted or are to be delivered/accepted at a later stage, in accordance with the contract and applicable Incoterms terms. It may be associated with inspection, staged delivery, or milestone-based acceptance.
