In the Incoterms®, Group F includes the FCA, FAS, and FOB terms. Under Group F, the seller discharges its delivery obligation by handing over the goods to the carrier named by the buyer at a specified place in the country of origin. From that point onward, the buyer assumes all costs and risks of transport.
