The moment of risk transfer is the point at which the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes from the seller to the buyer under the agreed Incoterms, determined by the place and conditions of delivery or handover (e.g., transfer to carrier, delivery at a named place, or delivery at destination) as specified in the contract.
