Incoterms® FCA (Free Carrier)
Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms-rules/incoterms-2020/
Under FCA the seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier nominated by the buyer at the named place. From that point, risk and cost transfer to the buyer. If delivery occurs at the seller’s premises, the seller must load the goods onto the buyer’s transport; if at another location, the seller is not responsible for unloading.
