Costs incurred by the seller due to the buyer's delay in taking delivery, i.e., charges arising when the buyer does not accept the goods in time. This may include storage, handling, demurrage, and related charges, until the delivery item is properly handed over or the risk transfers as specified by the applicable Incoterms.
