Formaldehyde-free reefer insulation panels are rigid panel systems used to thermally insulate refrigerated containers and transport vehicles. The insulation cores (e.g. PIR, PU or phenolic foam) and facings are bonded with adhesives that contain no formaldehyde or formaldehyde-emitting compounds. They provide thermal performance, mechanical strength and moisture resistance while meeting environmental and food-safety regulations by eliminating formaldehyde emissions.
