Partial Suspension of Obligations Due to Force Majeure

A partial suspension means temporarily suspending only part of the contractual obligations due to a force majeure event. The other obligations may continue, be postponed, or adapt to the circumstances. The force majeure event relieves the affected party from performance to the extent of the impact, without excusing all obligations.
