FOB Hafenkran denotes the Incoterms rule FOB (Free On Board) with the specification that loading is performed at the port using a crane. The seller fulfills the delivery when the goods pass the ship’s rail at the port of shipment and are loaded onto the vessel; until that moment, the seller bears all costs and risks. From the time of loading, costs and risks transfer to the buyer, up to the agreed destination along the chosen transport route.
