FOB loading instruction

An instruction in a shipping order specifying loading of goods onto a vessel under FOB terms. It indicates that the goods are to be loaded on board at the port of origin, with risk and cost transferring to the buyer at the moment of loading; the seller handles loading to the vessel, while the buyer bears all subsequent costs and risks from the point of loading.
