FOB container clause

A variant of the FOB incoterm used for containerized shipments, wherein the seller’s obligation is fulfilled and risk transfers to the buyer when the container is loaded on the vessel at the named port of shipment; the buyer bears all costs and risks from that moment (including freight, and insurance if arranged).
