FCA sea container refers to the Incoterms rule Free Carrier, where the seller delivers the goods in a sea container to the carrier at the named place, cleared for export, and ready for transport. The risk passes to the buyer upon handover of the container to the carrier at the named place; from that point, the buyer bears the costs and the subsequent transport risk.
