FCA container transport

Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms-rules/
FCA (Free Carrier) container transport means the seller fulfills their delivery when they hand over the goods to the carrier at the named place, with the risk passing to the buyer at that point. In container traffic this includes loading the goods into the container or delivering them to the container terminal or other agreed point of delivery. Export clearance is typically the seller’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. The buyer bears responsibility for the onward transport and customs from the named place.
