An Incoterms rule that combines Free Carrier (FCA) with rail carriage under CIM (Convention concerning International Carriage of Goods by Rail). The seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the first carrier at the named place; risk and costs transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, with the transport conducted under CIM rail transport rules.
