FAS export clearance
Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-trade-tools/incoterms-2020/
Under FAS, export clearance is the seller's obligation. The seller handles all export formalities (export declaration, customs clearance, licenses, etc.). Delivery occurs when the goods are placed alongside the vessel at the named port of shipment, and the risk and costs transfer to the buyer from that point onward.
