EXW transport risk

Under EXW (Ex Works), the seller fulfills their obligation by making the goods available at a named place (usually the seller's premises). From that point, all transport costs, risks, and formalities (including loading, export clearance, and onward carriage) are borne by the buyer. The buyer bears the full risk of loss or damage from the moment the goods are made available.
