EXW (Ex Works) Cost Transfer

Under EXW, the seller makes the goods available at their premises or another named place. The seller fulfils their obligation by placing the goods at the disposal of the buyer. From that point, all costs and all risks pass to the buyer, who bears all costs of transport, any export formalities, loading and unloading, unless otherwise agreed.
