Quelle: https://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/policy-guidance/export-control-basics
An internal export control policy is the set of company-approved procedures and requirements that ensure compliance with export control laws (e.g., export licensing, dual-use controls, embargoes/sanctions). It defines roles and responsibilities, product classification, license approval processes, risk assessment, training, data collection and record-keeping, and procedures for reporting violations or uncertainties.
