EU reverse charge mechanism
Quelle: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat-value-added-tax/vat-rules-in-eu_en.htm
The EU reverse charge mechanism is a VAT rule that shifts the obligation to remit VAT from the supplier to the customer for certain cross-border goods and services within the European Union. The purchaser accounts for the VAT in its own VAT return, instead of the supplier charging and remitting VAT.
