DPU Warehouse: The seller delivers the goods, unloading them from the arriving means of transport, and places them at the disposal of the buyer at the named destination. The seller bears all risks and costs until the goods are unloaded at the named place; the buyer is responsible for import clearance and any duties and taxes.
