Delivered at Place Unloaded (DPU) Terminal: the seller delivers the goods, unloaded from the arriving means of transport, at the named terminal at the destination. The seller bears all costs and risks up to and including unloading at the terminal; import clearance and duties, as well as onward transport, are the buyer's responsibility.
