DPU damage event

A damage event in the context of the Incoterms rule DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded). It refers to damage to or loss of goods that occurs before the goods have been unloaded at the named place; the seller bears the risk up to the point of unloading, after which the risk transfers to the buyer.
