Under the Incoterm DDP, the seller bears all costs, risks, and formalities to deliver the goods to the named delivery place, including duties, taxes, and customs clearance; external trade risk refers to the uncertainties and exposures inherent in international shipments (such as transport damage, delays, and regulatory compliance issues) until delivery.
