Under Delivered at Place (DAP), the seller bears costs and risks up to the named delivery place; import clearance and the payment of duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. DAP tax clearance refers to the process of handling tax formalities or VAT charges that arise in the destination country as part of the DAP arrangement.
