DAP (Delivered at Place) means the seller delivers the goods, ready for unloading, at the named place, with all costs and risks up to that point. The seller is not responsible for import clearance or payment of import duties and taxes; these are the buyer's responsibility. The term 'customs clearance' in this context implies that the buyer handles import clearance.
