Quelle: https://iccwbo.org/resources-for-business/incoterms-rules/
DAP border crossing refers to the Delivered at Place (DAP) term in the variant where delivery occurs up to the named border-crossing or customs clearance location. The seller delivers when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport, ready for unloading at the named destination. Border formalities and import clearance are typically the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed; export clearance is the seller's responsibility.
