User Experience Scorecards
Quelle: https://www.nngroup.com/articles/scorecards-user-research/
In logistics, supply chain, and transport, user experience scorecards are tools that use predefined metrics (e.g., efficiency, usability, error rate, satisfaction) to measure and monitor the quality of interactions between users and digital systems (e.g., TMS, WMS, tracking apps). They help identify usability issues and drive continuous process improvement.
