Concessionaire Logistics Contracts are agreements in which a public authority grants a private operator (concessionaire) the rights to build, operate, maintain and invest in logistics infrastructure such as warehouses, terminals or transport networks for a defined period. These contracts specify investment obligations, performance standards, risk-sharing arrangements and revenue or compensation mechanisms.
