Source Risk Profiling is the process of systematically identifying, assessing and categorizing the risk levels of potential or existing suppliers or sourcing options based on criteria such as financial stability, geopolitical factors, compliance, quality issues, capacity constraints and delivery performance, in order to guide supply chain risk management decisions.
