Loin d'être un port actif, Khorly est aujourd'hui un site portuaire à l'abandon sur la baie de Karkinit, dans la région de Kherson. Fondé en 1897, il fut jadis un port d'exportation prospère de la mer Noire, mais ses quais ne sont plus opérationnels et l'autorité portuaire ukrainienne juge sa réhabilitation non rentable. Il n'offre donc aucun service de fret commercial, de conteneurs ni de dédouanement. Les ports commerciaux les plus proches étaient historiquement Skadovsk et Kherson, tous deux fortement touchés par la guerre depuis 2022.
