Le Eyemouth Harbour Trust gère le port le plus méridional de la côte est écossaise, avant tout dédié à la pêche. Une flottille d'environ 26 bateaux, des petits caseyeurs aux chalutiers, y débarque poisson blanc et coquillages, profitant d'un accès sans écluse 24 h/24 à un poste en eau profonde. Construit en 1770 à l'embouchure de l'Eye, le site accueille pêche, plaisance et quelques navires commerciaux, mais n'offre ni lignes conteneurisées, ni RoRo, ni dédouanement commercial régulier. Un plan directeur prévoit une nouvelle installation en eau profonde (éolien offshore, croisière, fret), encore à l'étude. Pour le fret divers ou conteneurisé, les transitaires se tourneront vers Leith, Grangemouth ou Blyth.
