Four terminals, two Panamax grain berths and a steelworks quay 365 river-kilometres above Buenos Aires define Villa Constitución, an Argentine river port on the Paraná below Rosario. The port draws on the northern Pampas grain belt through road and rail links. It is a bulk and industrial gateway rather than a container terminal. Boxed cargo is better routed through the Up-River ports around Rosario and San Lorenzo.
