Woodchips, paper and pulp, cement, maize and petroleum products make up the working cargo of Tagonoura Ko, an industrial harbour rather than a container gateway. Set on Suruga Bay in Shizuoka Prefecture, it serves the dense cluster of paper mills and factories around the city of Fuji.
