A 180-metre Pasar Pier with 9.5 m draught and a dedicated copper-slag jetty rated for vessels around 14,000 dwt define the working face of Isabel (PH ISL) on Leyte. Built to serve the Leyte Industrial Development Estate, the port exists chiefly for two locators: PASAR, the only copper smelter and refinery in the Philippines, and the PHILPHOS fertiliser plant. It handles bulk, bagged and liquid cargoes — copper concentrate and cathodes, sulphuric acid and fertiliser raw materials — rather than scheduled container traffic, which is not confirmed here.
