Black oil, refined petroleum products and LPG are the cargoes that define Delta Terminal, a liquid-bulk facility on the northern shore of the Gulf of İskenderun at Dörtyol. Operated by Delta Petroleum, it offers no container or general-cargo handling: tankers up to about 40,000 dwt and 220 m LOA moor at sea buoys across four berths, each formed by three buoys. Mooring is daylight-only while unmooring runs around the clock, and an anchorage lies roughly two miles west of the outer buoys. Hinterland links to the Dörtyol industrial zone and the Ceyhan refinery cluster run by road and pipeline rather than rail. For boxed or conventional freight, shippers should use nearby İskenderun or Mersin, and for crude the Ceyhan terminal.
