North Atlantic Distribution (NORAD) processes the vehicles that arrive at Davisville, readying brand-new cars on site before they head to dealerships across the Northeast. The Port of Davisville, in the Quonset Business Park at North Kingstown, is Rhode Island's only public port and ranks among the top ten auto importers in North America. Its core business is roll-on/roll-off vehicle handling, complemented by bulk and breakbulk cargo. The port offers five terminals with about 4,500 ft of berthing and 235 acres of laydown, two 1,200 ft piers, a 32 ft channel and on-dock rail via the Seaview Railroad.
