Three stevedores — DP World Australia, Patrick Terminals and Hutchison Ports — share Port Botany (AU BTB), the dominant container port of New South Wales and the gateway for greater Sydney. Together the terminals offer twelve berths along roughly 3,792 m of quay, handle about 2.8 million TEU a year — some 99.6% of the state's container volume — and hold capacity above 7 million TEU.
