The JOST Group is expanding its business in Germany. The company has signed an agreement to acquire CTJ Janssen GmbH.

CTJ has been active in road transport, logistics, and warehousing for over 40 years. According to JOST, the company generates approximately 135 million euros in annual revenue and employs nearly 650 employees.

The fleet comprises around 400 trucks and more than 500 trailers. Approximately 650 shipments are coordinated daily. In addition, there is a warehouse with approximately 5,000 square meters of space.

For JOST, the acquisition is of particular geographic interest. CTJ is based in Grevenbroich in the Rhine-Ruhr region and serves customers in food, beverages, and consumer goods sectors, among others.

Important: The purchase has been agreed upon. The available sources have not yet explicitly confirmed the complete completion of the transaction.
