Held within the New Computerized Transit System (NCTS), it is a key element for discharging the procedure and releasing the principal from liability. In Switzerland the transit procedure is handled through the BAZG system Passar; the unloading report forms part of the electronic message exchange under the common transit procedure (CTC) and must match the original transit declaration.
