Die Britischen Jungferninseln (ISO-Code VG) sind ein britisches Überseegebiet in der Karibik, östlich von Puerto Rico, und umfassen ein Archipel von über 50 Inseln; bewohnt sind vor allem Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada und Jost Van Dyke. Hauptstadt ist Road Town auf Tortola. Die Wirtschaft stützt sich auf Offshore-Finanzdienstleistungen und Tourismus, während die industrielle Produktion gering ist.
