Die Luftfracht läuft über den Kuwait International Airport (KWI). Auf der Strasse verbinden die Achsen Kuwait-Stadt–Basra und Kuwait-Stadt–Riad/Dammam das Land mit den Nachbarmärkten; der gesamte Seeverkehr führt durch die Strasse von Hormuz.
