### Welche Einfuhrsteuer (MwSt) gilt in Tadschikistan?

Der Normalsatz beträgt 14 Prozent für bargeldlose Umsätze (2024-2026) und 15 Prozent bei Barzahlung; ab 2027 sinkt er auf 13 Prozent. Auf Grundgüter wie Nahrungsmittel und Medikamente gilt ein ermässigter Satz von 10 Prozent. Bemessungsgrundlage ist der CIF-Wert zuzüglich Zoll.

### Wie hoch sind die Einfuhrzölle?

Tadschikistan ist WTO-Mitglied. Die Zollsätze liegen zwischen 0 und 15 Prozent, der handelsgewichtete Durchschnitt bei rund 7 Prozent. Die Bewertung erfolgt grundsätzlich auf CIF-Basis.

### Welches Zollsystem nutzt Tadschikistan?

Der Zolldienst setzt ASYCUDA World ein. Seit dem 1. Oktober 2025 werden alle Ein- und Ausfuhranmeldungen vollständig elektronisch abgewickelt, was die Abfertigungszeiten deutlich verkürzt hat.

Die wichtigsten Frachtflughäfen sind Duschanbe (DYU) und Chudschand (LBD), ergänzt durch Kulob (TJU) und Bokhtar (KQT). Direkte Luftfrachtverbindungen bestehen unter anderem in die Türkei, die VAE, nach China, Russland und Kasachstan.

Hochgebirgspässe wie der Kulma-Pass zur VR China sind wegen Schnee und Lawinengefahr meist von Dezember bis April geschlossen. Alternativ verläuft der Warenverkehr aus China teils über Kirgisistan.
