Seit dem UN-Snapback vom 27.9.2025 sind die früher unter dem JCPOA aufgehobenen UN-Sanktionen wieder in Kraft (u.a. Waffenembargo, Listungen). Die EU hat ihre Massnahmen wieder eingeführt, die Schweiz setzt sie über die revidierte Iran-Verordnung (in Kraft seit 12.12.2025) um, und die USA unterhalten ein umfassendes OFAC-Embargo. Jede Lieferung erfordert eine sorgfältige Sanktions- und Güterprüfung.

### Wie hoch ist die Mehrwertsteuer bei der Einfuhr nach Iran?

Der Standardsatz beträgt 10 Prozent (Stand 2026; das Parlament lehnte eine Erhöhung auf 12 Prozent ab). Für bestimmte Güter gelten Sondersätze, etwa 12 Prozent auf Tabak und 20 Prozent auf Treibstoff. Grundnahrungsmittel, Medikamente und Bücher sind befreit. Zusätzlich fallen Zoll und die Commercial Benefit Tax auf den CIF-Wert an.
