## Description

Aux confins orientaux de l'Isan, à un jet de pierre des frontières du Laos et du Cambodge, Ubon Ratchathani (UBP) est l'aéroport du bas Mékong thaïlandais, à environ 615 km de Bangkok. Une vingtaine de mouvements quotidiens, assurés par des compagnies intérieures comme Thai AirAsia, Thai Vietjet et Nok Air, le relient surtout à la capitale. Faute de terminal de marchandises dédié, le fret n'y voyage qu'en soute des avions de ligne, via le réseau Thai Cargo.
