## Description

On the Middle Corridor that threads freight from China across the Caspian toward Europe, Georgia's busiest airport anchors the Caucasus leg some 17 km southeast of Tbilisi. Three independent cargo terminals run by Tbilisi Cargo Service, Lasare and Georgian Post handle international freight, with Lasare adding warehousing, customs clearance through the Revenue Service of Georgia, and dedicated perishable and dangerous-goods handling. Volumes stay modest against passenger traffic, but Lufthansa Cargo and belly capacity on Georgian Airways and other carriers keep scheduled freight moving.
