## Description

Teniente Luis Candelaria is the formal name behind the code BRC, the airport of San Carlos de Bariloche in Río Negro province. One of Patagonia's busiest airports, it is served by Aerolíneas Argentinas, LATAM and Gol and lives largely off tourism in the Andean Lake District. Cargo here is mostly belly freight on the many passenger flights; customs and warehousing exist, but there is no all-cargo operation. True air-freight consignments are consolidated through Buenos Aires-Ezeiza (EZE). For forwarders, BRC is a tourism-driven passenger airport with usable belly capacity rather than a freight hub.
