## Description

Prince Albert Glass Field (YPA) is the aviation gateway between Saskatchewan's farm belt and its mining and First Nations north. Rise Air and other bush operators fly scheduled, charter and medevac routes from here to remote communities, with road links running on toward La Ronge. The field forwards modest freight — mail, groceries, spare parts — into the north, but has no integrator terminal or international customs. Scheduled air cargo with clearance is handled at Saskatoon (YXE), about 140 km south. For forwarders, YPA is a northern feeder, not a standalone cargo point.
