Podgorica Airport (IATA: TGD, ICAO: LYPG) at Golubovci, some 11 kilometres south of Montenegro's capital on the Lake Skadar plain, posted its best year yet in 2024 with around 1.76 million passengers; Air Montenegro is based here, while the country's second airport at Tivat serves the Adriatic tourist trade.
