## Description

Opened in 2008, Mohe Gulian (OHE) became the northernmost airport in China, built to bring tourists to the country's «Arctic Village» on the Amur River. A handful of routes connect the town with Harbin and Beijing. The field has no cargo facilities, and winter lows below minus 40 degrees Celsius keep operations basic. Freight for the far north of Heilongjiang travels by road and rail or flies via Harbin Taiping (HRB).
